Welcome to With Love Floral Boutique & Events. By booking our services or visiting our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.

💍 1. Booking & Payments

  • All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date.

  • The remaining balance is due the day of your event, before setup begins.

  • Dates are not guaranteed until a deposit has been received and confirmed by our team.

  • Payments can be made via Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, or any method approved by With Love Floral Boutique & Events.

🌸 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance.

  • Clients may reschedule once (subject to date availability) if notified at least 7 days prior to the event.

  • Reschedules requested less than 7 days before the event may incur an additional setup fee.

  • In case of severe weather, we will do our best to move your event indoors or reschedule.

🎀 3. Setup & Delivery

  • Our team will arrive 30–45 minutes prior to your event time to set up.

  • Please ensure the area is clean, accessible, and ready for setup upon arrival.

  • Any delays caused by restricted access, locked gates, or unready areas may shorten setup time.

  • Outdoor setups may be affected by wind, rain, or uneven surfaces — we reserve the right to modify the setup for safety.

🌹 4. Damages & Responsibility

  • The client is responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of rented décor or equipment during the rental period.

  • Please do not move, alter, or handle props, flowers, or LED signs after setup.

  • A cleaning or replacement fee may apply for damaged items.

✨ 5. Photos & Social Media

  • We love to capture our work! By booking with us, you grant permission for photos and videos of your setup to be used on our social media, website, or marketing materials.

  • If you prefer your event to remain private, please let us know in advance in writing.

🎞 6. Event Duration & Pickup

  • Standard rental time is 1 hour unless otherwise stated in your package.

  • Additional time must be arranged in advance and may include an extra fee.

  • Our team will return promptly to pick up all items at the end of the event.

💐 7. Liability

  • With Love Floral Boutique & Events is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages caused by misuse of décor or unforeseen conditions.

  • We are not liable for cancellations due to extreme weather, power outages, or acts of nature beyond our control.
